Fourteen indicted by Champaign County Grand Jury in July session

The Champaign County Grand Jury handed down indictments for multiple individuals during its July session.

The following is a list of those indicted, along with their charges:

Kevin H. Whiting

  • Robbery, a felony of the second degree
  • Domestic violence, a felony of the fourth degree (2 counts)
  • Criminal damaging or endangering, a misdemeanor of the second degree
  • Strangulation, a felony of the third degree

Kevin S. Latham

  • Pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the second degree (2 counts)
  • Pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the fourth degree (2 counts)
  • Endangering children, a felony of the second degree (2 counts)

Reginald T. McKinney

  • Rape, a felony of the first degree
  • Gross sexual imposition, a felony of the fourth degree (2 counts)

Ryan L. Dingledine

  • Felonious assault, a felony of the second degree
  • Domestic violence, a felony of the fourth degree (2 counts)
  • Strangulation, a felony of the third degree (2 counts)
  • Menacing by stalking, a felony of the fourth degree

Dylan J. Ratliff

  • Corrupting another with drugs, a felony of the third degree (2 counts)
  • Trafficking in marijuana, a felony of the fourth degree
