The Logan County Grand Jury convened earlier this week to hand down the July indictments.
The following were included:

- Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree
- Assault, a felony of the fifth degree
- Obstructing Official Business, a felony of the fifth degree

Tonya Jordan
- Insurance Fraud, a felony of the fifth degree
- Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree
James Tucker
- Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree

Heather McGinnis
- Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
- Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree
- Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, a felony of the third degree
Joseph Sifritt
- Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a Combination of Them – OVI, a misdemeanor of the first degree
- Vandalism, a felony of the fourth degree
- Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree

Stephanie Havens
- Abusing Harmful Intoxicants, a felony of the fifth degree
- Abusing Harmful Intoxicants, a felony of the fifth degree

Charles Bray
- Violating a Protection Order, a felony of the fifth degree
