According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle went off the roadway late Saturday night on the north side of Indian Lake.
Deputies say the crash happened shortly after 10:00 p.m. when the vehicle left the road and struck a road sign near the 15000 block of State Route 235.
After hitting the sign, the vehicle became airborne, traveled across a driveway, and landed in a nearby yard.
Deputies report the vehicle then traveled along the roadway before leaving the road again and going up and over an incline.
The crash ended when the vehicle came to rest at the boat docks of Geronimo’s Campground.
The vehicle was identified as a 2016 Honda Accord driven by Douglas Overs, 62, of Roundhead.
Overs was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital by BMRT for suspected serious injuries.
He was cited for failure to control, and authorities say alcohol consumption is believed to have been a factor in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation, and no further details have been released at this time.
