The Logan County Republicans gathered Monday evening for their annual Spring Fling Dinner at the Winner Harvest Barn in DeGraff, drawing a full house of elected officials and community members.

Current Magistrate and Family Court Judge Candidate Sarah Warren served as the Master of Ceremonies of the evening.
As dinner was enjoyed, Dan Bratka and a slew of speakers discussed political history in Logan County.

The event featured Senator Rob McColley.
McColley is currently running for the state’s second-highest office as the running mate to Vivek Ramaswamy.
McColley serves as President of the Ohio Senate, representing northwest Ohio, and has built his legislative career focusing on tax policy, workforce development, and conservative fiscal priorities.
A Republican, he was first elected to the Ohio House of Representatives before moving to the Senate, where he has held key leadership roles.
Ramaswamy, a biotech entrepreneur and author, gained national attention during his 2024 presidential campaign.
He has positioned himself as a political outsider, emphasizing economic growth, government reform, and a reduced federal footprint.
Now turning his focus to Ohio, Ramaswamy has teamed up with McColley in the bid for statewide office.
During the dinner, McColley addressed those in attendance, speaking on key issues currently facing the state.
Also taking the stage was Alex Triantafilou, Ohio Republican Party Chairman, who encouraged voters to remain engaged and to head to the polls in both the upcoming spring and fall elections.
Several students from Calvary Christian, Riverside, Indian Lake, Benjamin Logan, and Bellefontaine were also in attendance at the event.
The annual dinner serves as a gathering point for local Republicans to hear from state leaders and discuss priorities heading into the election season.
