A multi-vehicle accident shortly after 5 p.m. has closed State Route 117 in both directions in the 10,000 block, just outside of Huntsville.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office handled the crash, with the Richland Township Fire Department and BMRT EMS assisting at the scene.
The closure affects both directions of travel on State Route 117, and motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek an alternate route while emergency crews respond.
