The Logan County Commissioners honored Logan County resident Larry Poe for his military service in a ceremony in the Commissioners’ office on Tuesday morning.
Poe, who grew up in West Liberty, was honored for his service in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and received the United States Flag that flew over the Logan County Courthouse in May of this year.
During his time in the Army, Poe received several awards and commendations, including the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, and five Overseas Bars.
