Todd Wolf, 63, of Franklin, Ohio, has been sentenced in connection to a 2025 sexual assault investigation.

On Wednesday, Judge Kevin P. Braig sentenced Wolf to five years of community control in Logan County Common Pleas Court after he pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.

Wolf had originally faced multiple charges, including rape; however, the rape charge was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

According to court records, he entered his guilty plea on February 27.

As part of his sentence, Wolf is required to register as a Tier I sexual offender for 15 years, complete up to six months in a residential program, abstain from alcohol, have no contact with the victim, and pay court costs.

The court also issued a no-contact order through 2031.

The charges stem from an incident on July 7, 2025, when deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Township Road 266 in Lakeview after a 21-year-old woman reported that Wolf had attempted to sexually assault her.

When deputies arrived, they found the woman outside a neighbor’s home, upset and crying.

She told neighbors the suspect had removed her clothing and attempted to assault her.

According to the report, Wolf told deputies the two had been drinking earlier in the evening and later engaged in sexual activity, which he claimed was consensual.

Court records show Wolf’s attorney, Marc Triplett, filed multiple motions for extensions of pretrial deadlines, which were granted.

A final appealable order was filed on April 1, officially concluding the case.
