Bellefontaine cross country turned in a strong performance Wednesday at the Logan County Cross Country Meet, with the Chieftains sweeping the team championships in all four races. Bellefontaine won the high school girls, high school boys, middle school girls, and middle school boys team titles.
HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS
Bellefontaine won the team championship with 17 points, followed by Benjamin Logan with 46.
Bellefontaine
Grace Brown led Bellefontaine with an individual championship, winning the race in 12:25. Cece Reier finished second in 13:53, followed by Hannah Wilson in third at 14:07.
Chloe O’Chocke placed sixth in 14:31, while Cameo Greene and Camila Cely-Hernandez finished seventh and eighth, respectively, both crossing in 14:33.
Leila Hammond finished in 14:54, while Alivia Owens placed 18th in 17:02.
Benjamin Logan
Lucille Wenger led Benjamin Logan with a fourth-place finish in 14:13. Molly Siefring placed 10th in 15:00, followed by Gwendolyn Smith in 11th at 15:15.
Charlotte Bodin finished 12th in 15:48, Montana Coleman placed 13th in 15:56, and another Benjamin Logan runner finished 14th in 15:57.
Bonnie Brunson finished 15th in 16:15, while Olivia Titus placed 16th in 17:32. Allen McKinley finished 20th in 17:45, Iliana Vermillion was 21st in 18:05, and Maille Rickets placed 23rd in 18:11.
Indian Lake
Laura Metzger led Indian Lake with a fifth-place finish in 14:15. Kayleigh Taylor placed 11th in 15:07, while Shelby Siefring finished 15th in 16:15.
Haley Metzger finished 16th in 17:12, while Abby Arnett placed 17th in 16:46.
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS
Bellefontaine won the team championship with 15 points, followed by Benjamin Logan with 49.

Oliver Grandstaff won the individual championship for Bellefontaine in 10:42. Jake Moreland finished second in 11:08, followed by Will Myers in third at 11:15.
Brenden Murray placed fourth in 11:26, while Aiden Fout finished fifth in 11:30. Jackson Maus was sixth in 11:36, and Andrew Myers placed eighth in 11:47.
Lucas Linn finished 13th in 12:41. Tristyn Wilson placed 15th in 13:49, followed by Bennett Lang in 16th at 13:52.
Andy McDonald finished 19th in 14:25, Marek Frazier was 21st in 15:13, and Zayden Wilson placed 23rd in 15:21.
Aiden Oldiges finished 27th in 20:14.
Benjamin Logan
Greyson Butler led Benjamin Logan with a seventh-place finish in 11:40. Oliver Morse placed ninth in 12:09, followed by Gavin Jordan in 10th at 12:22.
Maxwell Troth finished 14th in 13:19, Michael Berry placed 17th in 14:02, and John Tingley finished 18th in 14:09.
Gabe Elsasser placed 22nd in 15:20, Hunter Winner finished 25th in 16:02, and Miles Grandbois placed 26th in 19:04.
Indian Lake
Nathan White led Indian Lake with an eighth-place finish in 11:48. Hayden Kuhlke placed 12th in 12:28.
Dalton Young finished 20th in 14:39, while Lincoln Nielson placed 22nd in 18:42.

Brendan Lattimer represented Riverside in the high school boys race, finishing 29th overall in 21:28.
MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS
Bellefontaine won the middle school girls team championship with 19 points, followed by Benjamin Logan with 39 and Indian Lake with 70.

Kylie Lowe led Bellefontaine with an individual championship, winning in 13:14. Emma Smith finished third in 13:45, while Willow Rupp placed fourth in 16:05.
Danica Engle finished fifth in 17:14, followed by Gemma Rutan in sixth at 17:18.
Taylor Alltop placed 11th in 18:40, while Emily Escue finished 12th in 18:48. Rosie Moreland placed 25th in 25:10.

Pippa Zvansky led Benjamin Logan with a second-place finish in 13:41. Peyton Courtney placed seventh in 17:26, while Paige Courtney finished eighth in 17:31.
Danyka Iiams placed 13th in 18:57. Avah Berry finished 15th in 19:51, followed by Jediah Tingley in 16th at 20:14.
Hope Williams finished 20th in 23:35, Cassie Varney placed 21st in 23:59, and Ava Nangle finished 24th in 24:48.

Cheyenne Pender placed 19th in 23:03. Kenzi Arnett finished 22nd in 24:06, while Hailee Schoenbeger placed 23rd in 24:48.
MIDDLE SCHOOL BOYS
Bellefontaine won the middle school boys team championship with 18 points, followed by Indian Lake with 45 and Benjamin Logan with 66.

Camden Vollrath led Bellefontaine with an individual championship, finishing in 12:56. Daniel Campbell placed second in 13:47, while Owen Smith finished third in 13:57.
Anthony Carter was fourth in 13:57, followed by Malek Alhaj in eighth at 16:31.
Jayden Lambert finished 14th in 18:24, while Gunnar Lowe placed 21st in 32:35.

Brayden Laird led Benjamin Logan with a seventh-place finish in 15:19. Wavlon Damron placed ninth in 17:06, while Kolt Hayes finished 15th in 18:33.
