Indian Lake won big over Jackson Center on Tuesday, 12-2.

Indian Lake jumped into the lead in the bottom of the first inning after Jackson Center dropped a third strike, and Dawson Stevenson walked, each scoring one run.

Jackson Center tied the game at two in the top of the second, but after that, it was all Indian Lake.

In the bottom of the second, Jaxon Snipes drew a walk, scoring one run, to give Indian Lake the upper hand, 3-2.

A single by Brady Golliday extended the Indian Lake lead to 5-2 in the bottom of the third inning.

Indian Lake scored six runs on two hits in the bottom of the fourth inning.

Dawson Stevenson drew a walk, scoring one run, a wild pitch scored one run, Brady Golliday drew a walk, scoring one run, and Snipes lined out, scoring two runs.

Brody Black earned the win for Indian Lake, allowing just three hits and two runs over four innings, striking out one and walking three.

Reed Strayer threw two innings of no-run ball for Indian Lake in relief, allowing no hits, striking out four, and walking two.

Golliday led Indian Lake with two RBIs, going 1-for-2 on the day.

Aaron Rapp, Nixon Lillard, Cohen Brown, Stevenson, Black, Mack Jarvis, and Golliday each collected hits for Indian Lake.

Indian Lake travels to Bellefontaine for their next game on Wednesday.

Botkins 10, Benjamin Logan 6

Despite leading by as many as four runs, Benjamin Logan fell to Botkins 10-6 on Tuesday.

Benjamin Logan was the first to get on the board in the first when Jacob Hawley singled in a run.

They added another in the second when Micah Gregg singled down the right field line.

The lead kept growing in the top of the third inning when an error scored two runs, and Layton Watkins grounded out, scoring one more.

Botkins captured the lead, 7-6, in the bottom of the fifth when an error scored two runs, and Gutman doubled, scoring a run.

Jacob Hawley began the game for Benjamin Logan.

He surrendered nine hits and 10 runs (one earned) over five and two-thirds innings, striking out 13.

Hawley also provided a pop in the middle of the lineup, leading Benjamin Logan with two RBIs.

The cleanup hitter went 1-for-3 on the day. Micah Gregg led Benjamin Logan, going 2-for-4 at the plate.
