The Zanesfield 8U softball team, sponsored by Eichholtz & Daring Funeral Home and Cremation Services, finished off an impressive season by capturing the Logan County Tournament Championship on Sunday.
Zanesfield defeated Belle Center 1 by a score of 20-12 in the championship game, capping a successful tournament run and bringing home the county title.
The young squad displayed determination, teamwork, and strong offensive production throughout the tournament, overcoming tough competition on their way to the championship. Sunday’s title game featured plenty of offense, with Zanesfield pulling away to secure the victory and complete its championship season.
Players, coaches, and families celebrated the accomplishment following the win, marking the end of a memorable year for the team.
