The proposed amendments, initiated by motion of the Zoning Commission, proposed to amend Article II Definitions by adding a definition “Battery Energy Storage System, Small Off-Site” and “Data Center” and amends the definition of “Public Service Facility”. It also amends “Section 900 Compliance With Regulations” by clarifying prohibited uses.

Center, St., Belle Center, OH 43310, between the hours of 12AM and 11:59PM for a period of 10 days prior to the public hearing.
