Request that variances be granted for the following described property located on 11173 Lake Dr., (Avondale) Lakeview OH 43331.
Description: Applicants are requesting 3 Variances to replace an existing house with a new one: 1) A set back of 5 feet from rear or street side property line, in lieu of the required 20 feet, or a difference of 15 feet at the worst part. 2) A set back of 26 feet from the water’s edge or front yard, in lieu of the required 30 feet or a difference of 4 feet. 3) A % of lot coverage of 40.4% in lieu of 35% or a difference of 4.6%.
