A Powerball ticket worth $2 million was sold right here in Logan County.
The Ohio Lottery says the winning ticket was purchased at the Village Pantry in Russells Point for Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing.
The ticket matched all five white numbers drawn — 1, 21, 44, 50 and 57 — and had the Power Play option, doubling the prize from $1 million to $2 million.
The ticket did not match the red Powerball, so it did not win the jackpot.
The big question now is: Who in Logan County is holding the winning ticket?
The winner’s identity has not been publicly confirmed.
But one thing is certain — someone who bought a ticket in Russells Point is now in line for a $2 million lottery prize.
If you purchased a Powerball ticket at the Village Pantry, you may want to check your numbers.
