A driver was northbound on US 68 North as they attempted to turn left into the Country Variety Store, they were hit head-on by a southbound vehicle.
One victim was flown from the scene to Miami Valley Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Another was transported by EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital, also with serious injuries.
The Ohio Highway Patrol is handling the crash and continues its investigation.
The roadway was closed for a short time.
