5 OVI arrests logged over the weekend in Bellefontaine

Bellefontaine Police were busy over the weekend nabbing five drunk drivers.

Taylor Littler of Kenton was picked up Saturday morning.

Officers could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her vehicle.  Her eyes were bloodshot and glossy.

She refused field sobriety tests and a breath test.

She was charged with OVI and a marked lanes violation.

Early Sunday morning police stopped Rachel Waibel of Russells Point for speed.

Waibel admitted to drinking three beers.

She failed field sobriety tests and her breath test resulted in a .152.

She was charged with OVI, OVI prohibited breath, and marked lanes.

Sunday night just after 10:00 officers arrested Michael Blair for OVI after he wrecked his motorcycle.

Blair was on West Patterson Avenue when he lost control of his bike.

When police arrived his speech was slurred and he was unsteady on his feet.

He said the weather caused him to tip his bike, but the temperature was above freezing and there was no snow or rain on the road.

His breath test resulted in a .203.

He was charged with OVI, BAC greater than .17, and failure to control.

Jamel Collins of Bellefontaine was stopped over the weekend.

He was charged with OVI and marked lanes violation.

Saturday morning just after 2:30 police arrested Vincente Arcenio Estepa Londono of Bellefontaine.

Londono blew a .069 at the Police Department after his field sobriety tests.

He was charged with OVI, marked lanes, and improper turn.
