A Bellefontaine man was arrested after an incident at Arby’s Saturday evening.
Police were called to the store in reference to a man who was constantly walking in and out of the store asking customers for money.
The store manager said he was making customers and staff uneasy and told the man he was trespassing.
Officers spoke with the man and asked for his identification.
He gave officers the name Tyson Tyroug. Police quickly discovered that was a false name and found the real identity of the man, Christopher Jones.
Jones has outstanding warrants in Logan and Champaign Counties for failure to appear and he was arrested.
Police also added a charge of obstructing official business for Jones providing false information.
