School activities and awards: Volleyball, Track, Basketball Cheer, National Honor Society, All-Academic Sports Teams & more!

If I were principal for a day: I would cover the hallways with tarps, soap, and water, and have everyone slip and slide through the school

Favorite school memory: Crushing the 4×8 school record my freshmen year track season with Georgia, Kayla, and Dani.

People who have been an inspiration to me include: My parents and the following coaches, Scott Wenger, Ashley Seeley, Coach Coder and Alison Spriggs.

Lately, I have been reading: Hillbilly Elegy by J.D. Vance.

My advice to parents: Always be there to cheer your kid on. Behind every child who believes in themselves is a parent who believes in them first.

My biggest regret: Not deciding what I wanted to do until senior year.

Next year I will be: Attending the Ohio State Beauty Academy to become a hair stylist.

Wyatt Blackburn is the son of Bob and Becky Blackburn of West Liberty.

School activities and awards: Track, Baseball, Football, National Honor Society, Academic Letter, RAIDER awards, CBC Athlete of the Month, and 3x Honda Breakfast Award.

If I were principal for a day: I would extend lunch and allow people to go get something to eat.

Favorite school memory: Relay for Life every year.

People who have been an inspiration to me include: My parents, sister, and Coach Fay.

Lately, I have been reading: A variety of magazines about farming and investing.

My advice to parents: Support your kids and set a good example for them.

My biggest regret: Not joining school clubs earlier.

Next year I will be: Studying online at the University of Northwestern Ohio for Agricultural Business.

Congratulations!
