Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office stopped Jennifer Henry, after observing her drive on the wrong side of the road, almost hitting a car in the roadway, late Friday night.
Henry then pulled into a driveway on Parker Drive at the Northside of Indian Lake.
When deputies approached the vehicle, Henry opened the door, and officers asked her to remain inside.
While speaking with Henry, officers observed a strong odor of alcohol coming from her and she had slurred speech when they spoke with her.
Deputies asked Henry to provide them with her ID. Even though it was visible to officers, Henry could not locate it in her wallet.
Henry refused to consent to field sobriety tests and was asked to exit her vehicle.
She was placed under arrest for OVI and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Once at the jail, Henry refused breath tests and was released to a sober driver.
