Thursday afternoon marked the market swine sale at the Champaign County fair.
It was another successful day for the Astorino family, as Ava and Griffin Astorino were the top two sellers at the auction, totaling $7,700 between the two of them.
Over 170 hogs were sold during the event. One of the auctioneers, Lane Hollingsworth, was formerly an exhibitor at the county fair.
He spoke on his honor to be an auctioneer and the memories that this event can make for the children.
In total, 28 sellers saw their hog sell for $1,000 or more.
