Kellye Gallant, 35, of Beavercreek, was arrested on Thursday after a domestic dispute and the discovery of controlled substances.
According to Bellefontaine Police, officers were called around 6:15 PM to Casey’s Gas Station for a report of a domestic altercation between Gallant and a victim.
When officers arrived, Gallant had left the scene but was later found walking nearby.
During the encounter, Gallant admitted to returning the bicycle to the victim and confirmed she had consumed alcohol.
Officers also discovered multiple controlled substances in her possession, including marijuana, Kratom, and psilocybin mushrooms totaling approximately 7.74 grams.
Gallant was charged with domestic violence and possession of controlled substances.
She was transported to Logan County Jail, where she was lodged.
