The City of Bellefontaine has announced that the boil water advisory in effect for several areas has been officially lifted. The advisory, which was put in place following a significant water main break near Northview Drive, has been rescinded as the water quality has been restored to safe levels.
Areas affected by the advisory:
– 113-260 Northview Drive
– 1640 North Main Street
– 1673 County Road 9
Residents in these areas are no longer required to boil their water before using it for drinking, cooking, or consumption. The City of Bellefontaine expresses its gratitude for the community’s patience and cooperation during the repair process.
