In an exciting showdown under the lights at AcuSport Stadium on Monday night, the seniors of Bellefontaine High School triumphed over the juniors, securing the Powderpuff title with a final score of 8-6.
This year marked the 15th annual Powderpuff game, an event organized by the BHS DARE Club, which continues to foster school spirit and community involvement. Over 50 students participated in the game, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship while raising funds for a worthy cause.
The event attracted a lively crowd and successfully raised hundreds of dollars for Relay for Life through various fundraising efforts, including donations, T-shirt sales, and concessions.
As the seniors celebrated their victory, the focus remained on the collective effort to support cancer research and awareness.
With such enthusiasm and camaraderie, this year’s Powderpuff game not only provided thrilling entertainment but also reinforced the importance of giving back.
The BHS DARE Club expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the event’s success and looks forward to continuing this beloved tradition in the years to come.
