Bellefontaine High School will host its 39th annual Band Spectacular on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. at AcuSport Stadium.
Originally a band competition, the event has evolved into a performance showcase for area high school bands.
Eleven schools are scheduled to perform, including:
- Bellefontaine
- Riverside
- Jackson Center
- Lehman
- Triad
- Waynesfield-Goshen
- Urbana
- Lincolnview
- Graham
- Benjamin Logan
- Jonathan Alder
Bellefontaine’s “Pride of the Tribe” will present two halftime shows: “Band on Broadway,” featuring music from Jersey Boys, Mamma Mia!, Chicago, and American Idiot, and “15 Minutes of Fame,” which includes hits by Tommy Tutone, Rick Astley, Aqua, and LMFAO.
Tickets are $7 in person or $8 online at the Bellefontaine Music Boosters website.
Concessions and 50/50 tickets will also be available.
