Bellefontaine residents in the northwest sector are reminded that the final round of leaf pickup for the season is scheduled for November 14 and 17.
This will be the last scheduled collection for 2025.
Residents are asked to follow these guidelines to ensure smooth collection: Leaves should be placed in boulevards or near the curb, staying out of the roadway and sidewalks.
Vehicles should not be parked in front of leaf piles.
Leaves must not be bagged and cannot be mixed with trash, brush, or branches, as refuse trucks are not permitted to collect yard waste.
City Ordinance 521.12 prohibits placing yard debris in streets or alleys.
Following these rules helps keep Bellefontaine streets safe and clear during the leaf collection season.
