Officers located Dacanay in the Walmart parking lot, where he was seated in the driver’s seat of a car, showing several signs of intoxication.

He admitted to having “quite a bit” to drink, and a search of the vehicle uncovered an empty bottle of whiskey.

Dacanay failed several field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle impaired.

He was transported to the Bellefontaine Police Department, where he blew a breath test of a BAC of .190, more than twice the legal limit.
