Logan County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 32-year-old Alec Berry of Bellefontaine Monday afternoon on charges of sexual battery.
The charges stem from an incident in early July.
According to law enforcement, a family member of a 14-year-old child reported that Berry had sexually assaulted the child in exchange for vape pens.
Berry is currently lodged at the Logan County Jail.
