Bellefontaine Police pulled over Kenneth Yule of Bellefontaine late Monday just before midnight.
Yule immediately jumped out of his vehicle and asked “What’s up?”
He was asked to sit back down in his car. Upon speaking to him, police noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath.
Yule became agitated and argumentative with the police.
When asked where he was going, he replied, “Why does that matter?”
He refused field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest and taken to the Bellefontaine Police Department.
He was charged with OVI and improper turn.
Yule has four previous OVI convictions from 1989, 1986 (2x), and 1982.
He was released to a sober driver.
