Dennis Lane, 75, of Bellefontaine, was cited for traffic control devices following a collision Friday afternoon at the intersection of County Road 29 and County Road 55.
Lane reportedly pulled out in front of a vehicle driven by Lois Wilcox, 78, of Zanesfield.
The impact resulted in significant damage to both vehicles.
Wilcox and her passenger, Stephen Wilcox, 77, were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Zanesfield EMS for evaluation of possible injuries.
Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene. Lane has been cited for failing to adhere to traffic control devices.
