37-year-old Derrick Nolan of Bellefontaine was indicted on Tuesday at the Logan County Court of Common Pleas for several charges involving sexually oriented matter involving minors.
Nolan was charged with two counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, and three counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person.
The offenses occurred between September and December 2024.
Bellefontaine Police officers arrested Nolan at his home shortly after the indictments were made.
He was processed and lodged in the Logan County Jail without incident.
