The Bellefontaine Police Department hosted its annual K9 Chicken Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday night.
While final numbers are still being calculated, Officer Jerrod Hostetler spent time with guests and supporters, thanking them for their continued contributions to the program.

Several K9 officers also attended the event despite the hot temperatures.
Police Chief Chris Marlow said the dinner is an important tradition that helps keep the department’s K9 program strong.
The fundraiser will return next August.
