The Bellefontaine Police Department is hosting the 2024 D.A.R.E. Camp July 15-19 and 22-26 for 5th Graders at YMCA Camp Wilson.
Registration is limited to the first 20 students each camp week.
Students must be entering the 5th grade during the 2024/2025 school year.
Some of the topics covered during the week are decision-making, personal growth, responsibility, vaping, and drug & alcohol abuse prevention.
Students will take advantage of many Camp Willson outdoor activities like swimming, fishing, kayaking, archery, air rifles, giant swing, the leap of faith, and team-building activities.
Lunch is provided each day at the camp.
If your child is interested in attending the D.A.R.E. camp, please pick up a registration form at the Bellefontaine Police Department and return it to Officer Isaac Chiles by Friday, July 05, 2024.
Attendance is first come first served.
Students who apply to attend the camp will be contacted by phone to confirm their attendance.

Students attending camp will need to bring a water bottle, swimsuit, and towel every day.
Optional items would include sunscreen and bug spray.
Students must wear closed-toe shoes every day, no sandals, or flip-flops, please.
