Bellefontaine Mayor Dave Crissman swore in Jesse Kean, Bellefontaine’s newest Firefighter, Thursday afternoon.
Kean is originally from the DeGraff/Quincy area.
He comes from a long line of servicemen, as his two grandfathers were Fire Chiefs in DeGraff and Quincy.
Kean is fully trained as a level 2 firefighter and paramedic.
His first shift will be on Monday, January 22nd.
