On Monday, the Bellefontaine Fire Department welcomed a new member to its ranks as Mayor Dave Crissman officially swore in firefighter Noah Florhe during a brief ceremony.
Florhe, a 23-year-old Urbana native, brings two years of experience to the department.
He is married and the proud father of a young daughter.
