Thursday morning, Benjamin Logan High School was full of holiday cheer as hundreds of family members came to the Holiday Sing-A-Long, featuring K–4 students from Benjamin Logan Elementary.
The event started as a special celebration for grandparents but has grown to include all family members.
Now in its fourth year of expansion, it’s become a popular way for the community to come together, enjoy music, and celebrate the season.
This year, tickets were used to manage attendance, but there was no cost, keeping the event open to everyone.
The event was organized by the Benjamin Logan Elementary School PTC, with support from staff, volunteers, and families, helping make the morning run smoothly.
Outgoing Board of Education member Karen Dill shared, “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to the entire BL elementary staff for all your efforts! This morning was an amazing performance! All the grades singing Silent Night by candlelight with family singing along was a goosebump moment!”
Benjamin Logan Schools thanked everyone who helped make the Sing-A-Long possible, saying it truly takes a village to pull off such a special event.
