Benjamin Logan inducts members into Tri-M Music Honor Society

Benjamin Logan High School celebrated the accomplishments of its student musicians during the annual Tri-M Music Honor Society induction ceremony on October 14, 2025, in the high school auditorium.

Band Director Myles Bowers spoke to the inductees and their families, highlighting the importance of music and service.

“Through performance and community service, these students are developing confidence, creativity, critical thinking, compassion, and a host of other leadership skills sure to serve them well in school and beyond,” he said.

Tri-M is a nationally recognized music honor society that honors students who demonstrate outstanding musical ability, academic achievement, and dedication to service.

To be eligible, students must complete three semesters of music courses, participate in solo and ensemble contests, maintain a 4.0 GPA in music, and have at least a 3.0 GPA overall.

The evening featured a formal induction ceremony followed by a reception in the auditorium lobby.
