The Bellefontaine High School “Caciques” chapter of the National Spanish Honor Society recently inducted five new members.
Each student met the requirements for membership including completing at least 4 years of high school Spanish, maintaining an A average throughout all coursework, and using the Spanish language to promote a friendly, positive environment that encourages cultural celebration and diversity at BHS.
The new members are seniors Emma Crabtree and Oliver Moreland and juniors Madison Christman, Nolan Core, and Claire Grandstaff.
All of these students not only excelled in their coursework but also played an instrumental role, along with the other members of their Spanish 4 class, in organizing and running meetings and events for the Spanish Club.
Christman, Core, and Grandstaff will continue in their leadership roles as officers in next year’s club.
