The Bellefontaine City School District placed Aaron Peitsmeyer on leave Sunday, pending the outcome of its internal investigation due to an OVI arrest this weekend.
The incident happened within the City of Bellefontaine.
Peitsmeyer is a teacher at Bellefontaine High School and was recently named the head football coach for the Chieftains.
