Sheriffs Deputies from Logan County were called to Kamp-A-Lot Saturday Night after dispatch advised that a reckless driver was on the grounds.
When deputies arrived on the scene a witness stated that the driver has left in an older model Chevy truck, heading towards Zanesfield.
Officials caught up with the truck, driven by Hunter Browning of Huntsville, heading North on County Road 25.
Deputies attempted to initiate a traffic stop when Browning took off at a high rate of speed, turning onto County Road 5.
Browning stopped just before State Route 540.
When deputies approached his vehicle, Browning seemed to be digging between the seats.
Brown smelled of alcohol and there were several empty alcohol containers in his vehicle.
When asked to submit to field sobriety tests, Brown refused.
Brown was then placed in handcuffs and transported to the Logan County Jail where he was lodged for OVI and Reckless Operation.
