Bible Verse That Has Had a Strong Impact on Me: Luke 14:26 – I like this verse because it reminds me to not harbor grudges against my family for little things and for big things. It reminds me that I need to love them with my full heart because they are my family and they should always be by my side.

Most Impactful High School Activity: The pep rallies are very nice and it’s really cool to have everybody cheer for other students.

People Who Have Been an Inspiration to Me: My older sister has been a huge inspiration to me because of her dedication and work ethic for anything she is doing.

Bible Verse That Has Had a Strong Impact on Me: 1 Samuel 16:7 says that the world looks at outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. It really doesn’t matter what you look like or what people think of you but it does matter what is in your heart.

Something I’m Passionate About: I am passionate about worship music, lifting, basketball, traveling, and coffee.

People Who Have Been an Inspiration to Me: My older brother has been a huge inspiration to me in the ways he has handled stress and success in basketball, relationships, and life in general.

Bible Verse That Has Had a Strong Impact on Me: Matthew 5:16 is a verse that I consistently come back to.

Most Impactful High School Activity: Senior and Junior year bible classes have taught me more than I can explain on how to navigate life, study the Word, and interact with others in a Christ-like fashion.

Current Plans After I Graduate: My current plans are to pursue Aviation with the goal of getting an Airframe and powerplant certification and complete my flight school to go out of the country and serve unreached people groups using aviation to spread the Gospel.

How Calvary Has Shaped My Worldview: Calvary has helped shape my worldview in a huge way. I can see the intentions behind the teachers. They serve the Lord where they feel called regardless of the benefits because they love Him.

Advice for Students Entering High School: Be so content with God’s plan that you aren’t shaken when things happen in your life. Chase God with everything you have, and He will care for you in bigger ways than you can imagine. Love the people around you because they need it.
