Calvary Christian School announced the Seniors of the Month for April. Congratulations to Leland Henry and Nate Davis.
Leland Henry is the son of Rick and Robin Henry. He actively participates in Golf and Track and is passionate about basketball and working on cars.
He credits his mom and dad as his biggest inspirations. He says Matthew 10:18 is his favorite bible verse. When reflecting on his time in school, he says the most impactful activity is Field Day.
Leland credits Calvary for showing him that he doesn’t have to keep everything to himself; and that he can share how he feels without being judged.
Leland plans to join a branch of Military service when he graduates.
Nate Davis is the son of Krista and Neil Davis. He actively participates in football, baseball, bowling, and golf and is passionate about sports and working on trucks.
He credits his dad and grandpa as his biggest inspirations and says Philippians 4:13 is his favorite bible verse. His favorite school memory is when he and his friends were the first people to ever Golf in sectionals for Calvary.
Nate says Calvary has given him the tools and resources to go out and be confident about his knowledge of God. He plans to go to the University of Northwestern Ohio to study to be a Medium/Heavy Duty Diesel Tech, and also bowling at the collegiate level.
