Benjamin Logan High School has announced its September Seniors of the Month, Ethan Carpenter and Abby Vance.
Ethan Carpenter is the son of Megan and Cole Carpenter of Rushsylvania.
School activities and awards: State Runner-Up in Wrestling, placed 9th at State BPA Podcast Production, Football Captain, Wrestling Captain, National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Business Professionals of America, 2nd Team CBC football, and 1st Team CBC Wrestling.
If I were principal for a day: I would host UFC cage fights.
Favorite school memory: State wrestling tournament.
People who have been an inspiration to me include: Jesus, my mom, and my dad.
Lately, I have been reading: The Bible.
My advice to parents: Push your kids to chase their goals.
My biggest regret: Not being more outspoken.
Next year: I will be studying Engineering and wrestling at the college level.
Abby Vance is the daughter of Melissa Vance and Chris Hall, and the late Chris Vance of Bellefontaine.

If I were principal for a day: I would let everybody go home.
Favorite school memory: Junior year track meets when I got to spend time with my friends and win a lot.
People who have been an inspiration to me include: My mom and brothers.
Lately, I have been reading: The Catcher in the Rye.
My advice to parents: To teach your kids to think about how their actions will affect someone else.
My biggest regret: Thinking that I should regret something that I have done.
Next year: Playing volleyball at Gannon University while majoring in sports business and minoring in Spanish.
