A minor crash involving three vehicles happened Tuesday just before noon on North Main Street, south of the intersection, according to the Bellefontaine Police Department.
Police say Draden Stevenson, 18, of Lakeview, was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado northbound when he struck a 2014 Honda CR-V driven by Emily Fleischmann, 31, of DeGraff. Fleischmann’s vehicle then hit a 2010 Ford Expedition driven by Michael Boyer, 57, of Bellefontaine, which was stopped in traffic.
Stevenson was cited for not maintaining a safe distance.
All three vehicles suffered minor damage, and no one was injured.
Police noted the road was wet at the time, but slick conditions were not a factor.
