The Logan County Chamber of Commerce welcomed 2026 with its first “First Thursday” networking event of the year, held Thursday morning at Sweet Aromas in downtown Bellefontaine.
Nearly 60 local business owners and community members packed the popular coffee shop—often referred to by attendees as their “Third Place”—for the gathering.
Shop owner Beth Zell kicked off the meeting, expressing her appreciation for the community support and noting that her business will be celebrating 14 years in 2026.
Other attendees had the opportunity to give an update on their business or organization, sharing news, accomplishments, and plans for the year ahead.
This was one of the best-attended First Thursday events in recent history, providing a valuable chance for networking and reconnecting after the busy holiday season.
