The Champaign County Grand Jury handed down indictments for 13 individuals during its March session.

- Pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the fourth degree (34 counts)
- Illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a felony of the fifth degree (7 counts)
- Each count includes a one-year firearm specification.
Charles C. Rutherford, Sr.
- Domestic violence, a felony of the third degree
Melissa B. Houston
- Theft of drugs, a felony of the third degree
- Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree
- Tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree
William D. Sheets, II
- Operating a vehicle while under the influence of a listed controlled substance or a listed metabolite of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor of the first degree (4 counts)
- Possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
- Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree
Anthony A. Hernandez

Christopher T. Vanhoose
