The Champaign County Grand Jury handed down indictments for five individuals during its December session.

- Possessing Criminal Tools, a felony of the fifth degree
- Theft of Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree (4 counts)
- Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree (4 counts)
