Saturday, just after 7:00 PM, Dellzell Chenoweth, 62, of Lakeview, was arrested for a probation violation after Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to her home.
She had called 911 several times demanding to speak with deputies about a tree dispute, even though she was told it was a civil matter.
Dispatch noticed that she was slurring her words during her calls and when deputies responded to her home she showed several signs of intoxication.
Chenoweth was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Upon arrival at the jail, she was unable to exit the patrol vehicle on her own and needed assistance from jail staff.
