The Bellefontaine High School Quiz Bowl team hosted matches against Northwestern and Ben Logan on Monday, February 2.
In the first match, the Chieftain Quizzers dominated Northwestern, winning 295-40.
Elliett Lang led the team with 70 points, while Caitlin Haley added 30 points, Jake Moreland contributed 20, and Clara Core chipped in 5 points.
Each of Haley’s points came from POWER questions, highlighting her quick responses.
The team’s second match proved more challenging, falling to Ben Logan 255-170.
Caitlin Haley led scoring with 35 points, joined by Jake Moreland with 20, Ethan Reynolds with 10, and Clara Core with 5.
The Bellefontaine Quiz Bowl team will be back in action next Monday, February 9, at Indian Lake High School.
