The City of Bellefontaine has announced changes to garbage and recycling collection schedules this week due to the Christmas holiday.
Officials say regular collection will continue as scheduled through Wednesday’s routes.
However, the Thursday and Friday routes will be delayed by one day due to Christmas Day.
Residents on affected routes are asked to place their containers out one day later than normal.
In addition, the Bellefontaine City Engineer’s Office will be closed beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday and will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Monday.
City officials thank residents for their patience during the holiday schedule adjustments and encourage everyone to plan accordingly.
