The City of Bellefontaine has officially lifted the boil water advisory that was previously issued for several areas due to water quality concerns.
After conducting thorough testing, city officials have confirmed that the water is now safe for consumption.
The following areas were:

- 1201 Ludlow (Bellefontaine Middle School) & 555 East Lake (Bellefontaine High School)
- Erie Avenue
- Superior Street
- Michigan Street
- Ontario Street
- Huron Street
- Greenwood Street
- East Pine Street
- Spruce
- Learning Lane
- Wilgus Street
- Wren Avenue
- Richard Avenue
- Paul Avenue
- Prospect Avenue
- Cross Point Circle
- 420 Kent Drive (Penny Lane Apartments)
- 1600 Wright to 1301 Wright
- Kelly Way & Kelly Court
- Belle Meadows Apartments
- East Side of South Main Street from Lake Avenue to Kent Drive
