UPDATE:
A Bellefontaine man was arrested Christmas Eve after an incident in the 500 block of South Detroit Street, according to the Bellefontaine Police Department.
Officers were called to the area just after 5:30 p.m. for reports of an intoxicated man, identified as Marcus Cobb.
Police say Cobb was yelling at people behind a residence and ignored repeated commands from officers to stop.
Officers say he appeared unsteady, nearly falling, and showed several signs of intoxication.
Cobb was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Logan County Jail.
During the investigation, officers learned Cobb allegedly punched an adult male and made threats toward others.
